Every wedding and every client is different. Its very important to us therefore that the assistance provided matches the circumstances. An initial conversation will highlight which services can be added to your package. A consultation is a must have to ensure we fully understand the stage you are at and help required.  



After a brief chat about where you are in planning, a meeting either face to face or via Skype will be essential. This two or three hour meeting will allow time to discuss every element and how they all piece together. Some clients only need this as then their plans becoming clearer and the cohesion apparent. Otherwise this meeting highlights areas of concern or elements you may wish us to handle on your behalf. 

Planning Sidekick

While you create your lists and tick off tasks, we are a constant sounding board and development friend. As the event management gets more intense or difficulties arise, we will be on hand to offer ideas or advice or both. The level of help will be deciphered during the initial consultation.

Wedding Management

We offer a wedding day coordination service for couples who have planned their wedding independently but who would like an expert to provide support in the weeks before the wedding as well as orchestrating the wedding day itself.

This can also include managing the days leading up to the big day if you hope to plan a weekend celebration involving group activities such as excursions, picnics or rehearsal dinners..

On the day we will manage the time keeping, trouble shooting, supplier roles and any type of query or concern so you can concentrate on catching up with family and friends and taking it all in.

Venue Wedding Management

Properties with potential for hosting weddings can utilise the skills and experience of the Weddings by Annabel team. Successful venues have benefited from involving a consultant style service to analyze the offer, create a marketing strategy and relevant wedding packages. This is particularly useful for venues that do not wish to host more than ten weddings a year and would rather eliminate the requirement for employing staff for the key purpose of handling the process. The team, in partnership with the venue, will manage enquirers, tours and the booking process as well as being there for coordination of the event.
