In brief: It’s always a pleasure when parents of the Bride or Groom to be reach out because they want to make sure the couple are at ease. How lovely is that! Lizzie, Mother of the Bride, found WBA and just wanted someone to bounce ideas off and ensure what they had in mind would be the best for their time and money. Why not learn from someone else’s experience?!

Annabel had numerous consultations with parents and the couple to go through all details bit by bit. Knowing the site well and most of the suppliers meant Annabel could advise on ideas and keeping that all important atmosphere.

The day was a mixed bag for weather but that didn't stop the party! The food was amazing, the place looked amazing, the team was amazing, the couple adorable and those speeches….ha, wow!!!

Annabel commented:

“Taking some time to get to know the couple and their desires / dislikes, makes a huge difference when pulling together a plan. We had a right laugh each time we met while also being very practical. It was so lovely to get to know them before watching the start of their awesome married life together. I really appreciate them sharing this all with me.”

Why did you hunt for a Coordinator? Getting married so young I never thought about the logistics of a wedding. When Annabel was recommend to us, I fell in love with the idea of having an expert by our side to support and help us.

How did you find Annabel? She was a recommended supplier on the Town Head list.

What made you choose Annabel for your wedding? Where can I start.. firstly her energy was amazing. She made us feel at ease but also excited about the event. The way she spoke about each part and the attention to detail made us know she was the one.

What was the most difficult part of planning a wedding? The most difficult part was probably the table planning, but this is quite common I hear. However all was figured out pretty soon.

What are your key memories from the day?

  1. SPEECHES. They were bloody hilarious and made everyone die of laughter.

  2. FOOD AND DRINK. All of it was amazing and there was plenty to go around.

  3. Family, Friends and Annabel being there. The love and support throughout the whole day made us feel on cloud nine.

Would you change anything? Not a thing. Best day of our lives.

How was having Annabel there throughout the event? She hyped us up, gave us tissues, handed us a well needed drink and made are hearts feel so full.

What advice would you give others planning a DIY style wedding? Do lots of research and if you are having kids at the wedding definitely get some things to keep them occupied.

Would you recommend Annabel? Of course. She knows we didn’t want her to go. We will never forget her. She made our day amazing and we will be forever grateful.
