In Brief:

A local lass and a right good laugh, Rachel was awesome to work with. She was so organised and only had slight wobbles through the planning process. I was on hand to be a sounding board and listen to any concerns.

On the day, it was super chilled with so much love and laughter in the air! Emotions peaked during the beautiful ceremony and speeches. The decor was subtle with a gorgeous blend of eucalyptus and candles that made the barn gleam. The Bride looked stunning in a detailed floaty number and the Groom’s team wore lovely light grey with blush accents.

The food was awesome as were the fun band crew! It makes such a difference for me to not only meet new businesses but to work so well with them! I relish creativity and flexibility; working with the crowd and each other to make the day flow and feel fab. Dreamy!

It’s days like this one that make me remember how much I love my job. I will miss chatting with Rach and having a laugh with some of her brilliant guests!

Why did you look for a coordinator? “To help take the stress away from the day and liaise with suppliers where needed. Also to help bring my ideas together.”

Why did you pick Annabel? “She was so enthusiastic, had great ideas and made me feel so much at ease with every phone call!”

What difference did Annabel make during planning and the big day?

“All the difference!!!! I was so chilled out knowing she was there to coordinate the day and knowing that everything would go to plan!”

What advice would you give to those looking at a D.I.Y. wedding? “Give yourself plenty of time to plan, make a scrapbook of ideas you want to incorporate and get yourself an amazing coordinator such as Annabel!”

Would you change anything about the lead up or the day? “No.”

Would you recommend Annabel? “Absolutely 10000%!!!”

“Wow! What can I say, Annabel is a real fairy godmother!! She has been absolutely incredible from the first day i made contact with her to 18months later at our wedding! Her communication and planning is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. She gave me ideas I hadn’t even considered, kept me on the straight and narrow and really calmed me down after the stress of having to move our wedding due to covid. Annabel coordinated the day for us and It would not have gone so incredibly smooth without her. She took every little bit of stress away and handled everything we needed her too and more!! There will of also been things that cropped up that she handled without us even knowing or have to bother us with. I would 10000% recommend her to anyone that needs coordination for any event! She is absolutely incredible!! She is the best money we have spent on the whole wedding! Thank you so much again Annabel!”
